How can I listen to show?

A note on Accessability

As a disability focused show, we take accessability very seriously, it is never an after thought, we offer a transcribed documents of each episode as standard for listeners with additional needs, these will be released at the same time as every episode you can find them in the show guides for every episodes.

We don’t just stop at transcripts, we ask all our potential guests if they have any access needs when being interviewed, we will do all we can to make reasonable adjustments for guests if you need it.

If I am a guest, can I hear the episode back before it is released?

We don’t offer contributors the opportuinty to listen to an episode before release, if there is anything you would like removing from the conversation after recording, please let us know and we will do our best to remove it

How can I show my support?

The team at lABLEd have set up a Go Fund Me page where you can make donations to help keep the show going. It also helps if you rate, review and subscribe to the show on Apple Podcasts – and that way you never miss an episode!

Can I be a guest?

Yes! We are always looking for new guests and you can apply by completing a form on our website. You don’t have to have a specific story to tell but we like to hear from people who have some experience of disability, chronic illness or mental health.

Do I have to come to a studio to record with you?

No. All our episodes are recorded remotely via Squadcast. All you need is a decent internet connection and access to either Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge

How do I give feedback?

Your feedback is really important to us.

If you want to challenge something and give constructive feedback on something we have said or you have a story to share but don’t want to be a guest you can email us.
